What we run

Four services, one accountable contractor.

We own the vehicles, employ the drivers and carry the maintenance. You get a schedule that holds and a coordinator who answers.

01 — Staff shuttles

Dedicated daily staff transport

Fixed corridors, fixed pick-up times, buses on the stop 15 minutes before departure. Morning and night shifts, with weekly attendance and operational logs sent to your HR or admin desk.

02 — Chauffeurs

Executive chauffeur outsourcing

Hand-picked, licensed drivers placed with your executives. We handle recruitment, background checks, welfare, discipline and replacement cover, so an absent driver never becomes your problem.

03 — Dispatch

Dispatch and last-mile delivery

A fleet of over 20 motorcycles plus vans for same-day document and goods movement across the FCT, available on demand or on a dedicated retainer.

04 — Haulage

Vans, trucks and project haulage

Heavy-duty vehicles and experienced drivers for construction sites, relief operations and bulk distribution runs to designated locations nationwide.

Fleet standard

Every bus on your contract meets the same sheet.

Nothing goes on route that has not passed the morning check. Vehicles are serviced to the manufacturer's schedule, not when they break.

  • Daily pre-departure safety check before the first pick-up
  • Preventive maintenance schedule, not reactive repairs
  • Interiors sanitised daily
  • Standby buses held at the Karu yard for breakdown cover
  • GPS tracking on contracted vehicles, viewed from one dispatch dashboard

Who is behind the wheel

Drivers are hired the way you would hire them.

Passenger safety is a hiring decision before it is a policy. Every driver clears the same gate before they carry your staff.

  • Minimum five years commercial passenger driving experience
  • Valid professional driver's licence, verified at source
  • Background check and reference from a previous employer
  • Medical fitness check before deployment
  • No history of traffic violations
  • Defensive driving, first aid and customer service training

When something goes wrong

Continuity is the product.

A shuttle contract is judged on the worst morning, not the average one. This is what happens on that morning.

  • Reserve driver roster, so an absence never cancels a run
  • Replacement bus target of 20 minutes from a reported breakdown
  • Named transport coordinator on your contract, reachable all day
  • Dispatch group linking driver, manager and your admin desk
  • Incidents logged and reported, not explained away
  • Monthly report on punctuality, mileage and incidents

From award to full service

How a new contract is mobilised.

A staff shuttle that launches company-wide on day one usually fails in week two. We stage it, and each stage has a finish line you can check.

01Days 1 – 14

Fleet audit and route analysis

We confirm vehicle condition, capacity and driver assignment, then plot your staff's residential clusters into the shortest workable pick-up and drop-off sequence.

02Days 15 – 35

Tracking and dispatch setup

GPS units fitted to assigned vehicles, the central dispatch dashboard configured, and booking cut-offs and emergency procedures written down before anyone needs them.

03Days 36 – 60

Driver training and soft launch

Route onboarding and safety training for the assigned drivers, then a two-week run with a small group of staff to test timing and dispatch response before the whole office depends on it.

04Days 61 – 90

Full service and reporting

Company-wide go-live, with monthly reporting on punctuality, cost per kilometre, idle time and vehicle availability so the contract can be reviewed on numbers.
